Delivery Options and Charges

We offer complimentary Standard Delivery across all EU countries.

All orders are dispatched from our Distribution Centre located in Poland.

For orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (GMT) from Monday to Friday, we strive for same-day dispatch. During peak shopping times and holidays, however, please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Once dispatched, we will send a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders are shipped via UPS Express.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and link for convenient tracking. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your item, you have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

All returns must be in original condition, unused, and with all security seals intact. Items that do not comply with our return standards cannot be refunded.

Please send returns to the address listed on our website. For a smooth return process, we recommend using a recorded or signed-for postal service and keeping your proof of postage. We will confirm receipt and processing of your return within 1-2 business days after we receive your package.
